Today I want to talk to you about something that many people have trouble with when they start out trying to make online passive income. Basically what happens to most people (me included when I began a while back) we get really excited at all the wonderful looking and sounding residual income opportunities out there. When we start out we don’t know exactly which direction to take. Don’t worry this is natural. What ends up happening is we try out every different method under the sun and none of them end up making us any income. The result of that is frustration, low self esteem, and we end up feeling very confused about how and if we are ever going to start making some online income.

Starting out slowly at the beginning of this passive income journey is so crucial to your success. I can tell you from experience that when you want to make online income and actually succeed at it then you’re going to need to start out with one residual income opportunity and just focus on that until you really start to make some money through that. So when I say start out slowly I don’t mean don’t work hard I just mean go slowly in terms of deciding what kind of income opportunities you have decided to chase.

I am a big advocate of investing in your education including books, DVD’s, courses, working with coaches, and more. But one thing that happens to most people when th start out is they buy every course, book, CD, etc possible and then try and study and implement all of what they learned. I can tell you now that won’t get you very far.

I want you to avoid information overload and want you to start earning passive residual income as quickly as possible. So you should be reading and learning as much as possible but limiting that to the one chosen online income stream while you are working on it. This will eliminate information that is not relevant to you at the moment and you’ll be able to focus on the important things like building your online passive income.
